First Head of Operations at a B2B revenue-engineering firm — building the operational backbone to scale a high-touch services business into a repeatable operating system. Reports to the CEO, sits on the senior leadership team, owns the business unit P&L.

This is not a maintenance role. You're joining to architect and operationalize the next version of the business. You'll report directly to the CEO, sit on the senior leadership team, and own the operational infrastructure that allows the company to scale efficiently and profitably. The company already has positive revenue, clients, infrastructure, and a strong delivery engine. What it needs now is a senior operator who can turn a highly customized services business into a scalable and repeatable operating system.

What you'll own

Business operations and P&L

Operational and financial performance of the business unit. Revenue forecasting, margin management, headcount planning, vendor spend, operational efficiency.

Service productization and operational scale

Transforming customized client engagements into a scalable, repeatable delivery model. Standardized workflows, operational processes, QC systems, cross-functional execution frameworks.

Team operations and enablement

Operational performance across GTM, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales. SOPs, onboarding and training, performance management.

KPI architecture and reporting

Centralized reporting infrastructure across sales, delivery, CS, forecasting, and unit economics. The operational source of truth.

Client operations

Operational quality and consistency of client engagements. Scalable lifecycle management, delivery visibility, margin integrity.

Cross-functional leadership

Operational bridge across Sales, GTM, Engineering, CS, and Leadership. Operational cadence and organizational alignment.

Tooling and vendor operations

Managing the modern CRM, outbound, project management, and AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Required experience

  • 7+ years of operational leadership experience.
  • 3+ years owning or heavily influencing a business unit P&L.
  • Experience scaling B2B services or B2B technology organizations.
  • Strong RevOps or GTM Operations expertise.
  • Experience building operational systems across sales, delivery, and CS.
  • Hands-on with modern CRM, reporting, and project management tools.
  • Proven success building SOPs, onboarding, and training programs that teams actually adopt.
  • Strong financial and operational fluency, including forecasting and unit economics.

Strongly preferred

  • Experience within outbound, demand generation, RevOps, or GTM services organizations.
  • Experience helping a company transition from highly customized services into productized delivery.
  • Familiarity with outbound tooling ecosystems and deliverability infrastructure.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling.
  • Comfort in fast-moving founder-led environments.
