Founder and candidate care guru, Nicholas has years of recruitment experience working on both the client and candidate side of staffing. With a keen eye for top-tier technical talent, he excels in identifying the perfect match beyond the surface. Nicholas has successfully negotiated 10s of Millions of Dollars for candidates and was previously the top Technical Recruiter at a Global Technical Staffing Agency.

Nicholas is an avid skier, backpacker, fisherman, and dual-linguist (take a wild guess what the second language is he speaks).

Paxton Kruse

Founder · Relationships

Pax is all about relationships. With over a decade of experience in tech sales, biz development and relationship building… he truly enjoys the process of getting to know our partners/clients, uncovering pain points, and working with teams/individuals/companies to overcome roadblocks and excel with the right type of growth. Over the last 5 years in recruiting, Pax has led the charge and managed many large-scale hiring projects, working to assess, maintain and deliver on complex growth strategies with integrated teams across many locations.

Pax has a big passion for people/animals, basketball, and all things considered nerdy. He too loves the mountains, although he should probably keep practicing as he tends to bring back more souvenirs from his trips than his business partner (ski pole went THROUGH his leg last year).
