Chief Growth Officer

A full-service Reddit agency is hiring its first Chief Growth Officer to own sales and marketing end to end. It is the only agency built entirely around Reddit, it works directly in partnership with the platform, and its customers already include Google and other Fortune 500 brands. This is a build-it-while-you-run-it role for an operator who wants to turn a small growth team into a real growth organization.

All open roles

This is the only legitimate full-service Reddit agency in the market. Not an agency with a Reddit practice, and not a social shop that added Reddit to the deck. Reddit is the entire business, approached from a brand-safe, white-hat, platform-native perspective, backed by a direct partnership with Reddit itself. If a brand wants real outsourced Reddit strategy and deployment done properly, there is currently one option. That position has produced exactly the problem you would expect. Demand is well ahead of the capacity to capture it. The founding team has built the process, the IP, and the platform relationships, and enterprise customers including Google and multiple Fortune 500 brands are already on board. What the business needs now is a commercial leader who can convert that demand into a repeatable growth machine before anyone else catches up. You would be the third voice in the room alongside the Chairman and the CEO on major strategic decisions, while still being close enough to the work to run sales calls yourself, sit in on client conversations, and evaluate marketing spend line by line.

What you'll own

  • Sales and marketing end to end, including strategy, execution, and the relationship between the two
  • Aggressive top-line growth targets on an 18-month horizon
  • Building and formalizing the growth organization, taking a small existing team into a full department
  • Direct sales management for a flat sales org, including coaching, pipeline discipline, and forecasting
  • The growth budget, including hiring and evaluating marketing vendors and personnel
  • The unit economics behind the engine: CAC, LTV, growth efficiency, and channel-level performance

What we're looking for

This is a role for someone scrappy and entrepreneurial who has done this before, at a similar stage, on a similar timeline.

  • A track record taking a company from the serious-startup phase to a real company, quickly
  • B2B experience where customers pay thousands to tens of thousands of dollars per month
  • Comfort selling complex, customized, service-oriented offerings rather than simple self-serve products
  • Genuine analytical discipline. You can hold your own on the P&L math and on channel attribution without being a spreadsheet-only executive
  • A MarTech or broader tech background is a strong plus
  • Willingness to build the organization while operating it. There is no large team waiting for you on day one

Compensation

$400,000 to $500,000 OTE, plus equity opportunities.
