Weave Talent Partners is teaming up with the CEO of a rapidly expanding outbound marketing agency. They've been around for just over 2.5 years and crushing their goals! They're at about 10 total employees and looking for someone to be the right-hand-person to the CEO.
We’re on the lookout for a Head of Operations / Chief of Staff to take the reins of our client delivery function during a critical phase of high growth. This senior leadership position is key to designing and scaling our fulfillment engine—ensuring impeccable execution while championing continuous operational improvements. You'll have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team that directly fuels client revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership (30%)
- Develop and implement an operational roadmap aligned with our company’s growth strategy and client needs
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-impact fulfillment team with clear performance benchmarks and career development paths
- Partner with the executive team to refine service offerings and identify operational efficiencies
- Lead continuous improvement through insights from data, streamlined processes, and smart tech adoption
Process Excellence (25%)
- Design and implement scalable, standardized fulfillment processes across all outbound channels
- Create flexible workflows that ensure consistency without sacrificing client customization
- Implement quality assurance checkpoints at every campaign stage
- Develop operational playbooks and training programs to support rapid team expansion
Client Success (30%)
- Act as a strategic advisor to key enterprise clients, offering insights on outbound strategies and execution
- Lead client onboarding, campaign reviews, and quarterly business reviews for high-value accounts
- Proactively identify ways to boost campaign performance and deliver measurable results
- Manage escalations with a solutions-first mindset, strengthening client relationships
Performance Optimization (15%)
- Define KPIs and implement reporting systems to track and improve campaign performance
- Analyze performance data to spot trends and uncover opportunities for optimization
- Drive data-backed enhancements to increase client ROI
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to ensure a seamless client journey from acquisition to delivery
Your Profile
Experience & Expertise
- 2–3 years in operational leadership roles, ideally within B2B lead generation, RevOps, or agency environments managing mid-market to enterprise clients
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth companies
- Proven ability to design and run scalable, multi-channel outbound processes
- Skilled in martech tools, including data enrichment, email automation, and orchestration platforms
- Strong client management background with enterprise-level stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Proficient with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and project management software
- Able to interpret campaign data and turn insights into strategic actions for teams and clients
- Bonus points for experience with tools like Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or other scalable outbound platforms

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD (depending on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $50,000 USD annually (based on team performance, client retention, and campaign results)
- 1st year OTE: $150k
